Our noble mission is to educate the SC and ST professionals, Government officers/servants, employees of Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, Semi-Government Organizations, Universities, Medical Institutions, Banking, Insurance, Private Sector and employees of other organizations to protect themselves in the event of atrocity by non-SCs and STs.

It is a common knowledge that the SCs and STs employees/professionals are intentionally targeted against at the workplace and are subjected to various false legal proceedings such as explanations, show cause notices, chargesheets, enquiries, suspensions, withdrawal of promotions, delaying promotions, termination or dismissals of services. Most of these allegations ultimately turn out to be untrue.

They suffer in the hands of non-SCs and STs solely due to deep-rooted caste prejudices. Most of them silently bear the humiliation and prefer not to complaint to police, courts or senior officers fearing backlash.

We have developed this
platform to tell SC brothers and sisters about the
revolutionary provisions made by the Indian
Parliament in the Scheduled Castes and the
Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,
1989
.

We fervently hope that our effort will lead to improved networking, coordination and communication among the dalits in particular and dalit Samaj in general.
